With unprecedented access in February 2010, Refugees Internationaltraveled throughout Iraq to examine the needs of Iraqi people who have been displaced by conflict.

A vast number of Iraqis still can't return to their homes. 500,000 of them are living in shocking conditions in make-shift squatter settlements throughout the country. Basic assistance -- food, water, security, education for their children -- has yet to reach them and they are desperate for help.
